It moves like a shoot. If a visual with a model is being made, we pick the model first, then settle details like hair and make-up, and then build the concept on top of that.

The first sets take more revisions; after a few rounds we know the brand's language and the process speeds up. Ad data tells us which visual worked, and the next set is built on that.
