E-commerce Management

Every detail of your store, set up to convert.

Most of an ad budget is lost inside the store. The visitor arrives, cannot find what they came for, and leaves. Nothing is wrong on the advertising side; the problem is where the traffic lands.

We do not treat store management as separate from advertising. The answer to what we see on the advertising side is usually on the site, and we do not stop at proposing the change. We make it.

We do not set it up and leave. A store lives like a physical shop: the season changes, the window changes, a campaign opens. It is not a place you arrange once and walk away from.

Who is it for?

For brands selling on Shopify without an e-commerce manager in house. You think something in the store needs to change, but it is not clear who would do it. You have an idea and nobody to build the technical side. Or you are looking for a second opinion on what should be done. If one of these sounds like you, you are in the right place. We are both the side that says what should be done and the side that does it. We propose the idea, then we build it.

How it runs

  1. We look at the customer experience

What a visitor goes through when they enter the store, where they get stuck, where they give up. We work this out from the data and by walking the store as a customer.

  2. We shape collections and navigation

How products are grouped, what the menu puts forward, what a visitor sees first on the homepage. This settles through trying things; we put a structure in place and keep working on it.

  3. We find what is missing on the product page

The buying decision is made here, so we try to understand why the visitor left this page. If a size chart is missing we add it; if it exists but is unclear, we work on how it is shown.

  4. We build the campaign and make it visible

We set up the discount logic and cart rules, but the real question is how this is shown to the customer. If you are offering a gift above a certain basket total, you also need a layout that makes the customer want to reach it.

  5. We set up the core email flows

We build the welcome, abandoned cart and post-purchase flows on the store's own infrastructure. This is the minimum setup that brings back an abandoned order without an extra tool cost.

  6. We keep the store alive

When the season changes, the shop window changes with it. Changing the look of the site for the new year and refreshing the homepage during campaigns are part of selling too.

Frequently asked

We are not on Shopify. Will you still work with us?
We do work with other platforms. But Shopify is the one we recommend, and every brand we have worked with so far moved to it at some point. If you have just paid for your current platform, we continue there; if you are thinking about the long term, let's talk about that first.
Do we need to change themes?
Usually not. Using your existing theme properly makes more difference than buying a new one. The aim is not to make you spend, it is to put the budget you have in the right place. If a change is needed, we tell you why.
Is development included?
It depends on the size of the project. Theme editing, adding new sections and app setup are included. Work that rebuilds how the store operates, such as a loyalty programme, runs as a separate project.
Is email sending included too?
The core automated flows are. Segmented campaign sending, win-back flows and a more detailed setup run as a separate email marketing service.

Let's talk about whether this fits you.

In the first call we work out whether you actually need this service right now.
