Email Marketing
The right message, at the right time, for the next sale.
Email is the cheapest channel in e-commerce and the most neglected. With advertising you pay again for every visitor; reaching someone already on your list costs you nothing extra.
The reason it gets neglected is usually this: the setup is dull and the payoff looks slow. In reality most flows are built once and keep working in the background.
Who is it for?
For brands that have reached a certain customer list size. Your list has grown but everyone gets the same email. The welcome and cart flows are in place and you cannot get past them. Or you are sending and not seeing a return. If one of these sounds like you, you are in the right place. For brands with a small list we build the core flows on the store's own infrastructure, within e-commerce management. A separate email platform starts to make sense when the list is big enough to carry that investment.
How it runs
We analyse the list and build the segments
Sending everyone the same email wears the list out. A first-time buyer, a repeat customer and someone drifting away should not hear the same thing.
We build the automated flows
Welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back. These are built once and keep running without you touching them.
We lay out the campaign calendar
We decide how many sends a month and what content they need. The aim is for email to sit in the same place as the rest of the brand's communication.
We report back
We read the data and make sense of what went well and what did not. The flows and the calendar get updated based on what comes out.
Frequently asked
- Do you buy lists?
- No. A bought list is both a data-protection problem and a fast way to burn your sending reputation. The list is built from your own traffic.
- We already have automations in the store. Do we need this?
- If the core flows are working, you have a good starting point. This service is for brands that want to separate customers by behaviour, speak differently to each group and run a regular campaign calendar. We look at the size of your list and give you an honest answer.
- Do you set up a newsletter?
- If you have something regular to send, yes. If not, we first talk about what that content would be; collecting subscribers on an empty promise spoils the list from the start.
Let's talk about whether this fits you.
In the first call we work out whether you actually need this service right now.
